Boards ask for a number. The dangerous answer is 94 with no trail. OptimaTrust’s assurance score is 0–100 across security, safety, privacy, reliability, agent safety, data protection, model assurance, runtime assurance, supply chain, change stability, and governance alignment.
Failed and error tests deduct. Stored signals can deduct. Unavailable engines never count as a pass. Dimensions with no tests and no signals stay NOT_ASSESSED — not a silent 100.
Certificates, when issued, bind to a stored score. They are HMAC-signed assurance records, not public-web PKI. Signal-only dimensions do not grant an ASSURED decision by themselves.
If a vendor cannot show the deduction list, you are buying a color.
