AI assurance is the practice of verifying, validating, monitoring, and evidencing AI systems throughout their life. It covers security, safety, privacy, fairness, reliability, supply chain, and runtime behavior. OptimaTrust treats assurance as a technical discipline: tests, traces, scores, and hashed records. It is not the same as enterprise GRC, which governs policies and controls across the whole organization.
